Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-08. By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. If you are under 15 (or the age set by your country), a parent or guardian must agree too.
1. The service
Num Games ([TO FILL: full name of the person, or company name and legal form, publishing Num Games]) is a free website for finding and installing games on NumWorks calculators. It is a fan project and is not affiliated with NumWorks. Browsing is open to everyone; downloading games needs a free account.
2. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. One account per person.
- Pick a username that isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be someone else.
- Your sign-in is shared with Pumpkino AI, made by the same team (see the Privacy Policy).
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t attack, overload or scrape the site, try to get around download limits or access controls, send harmful or illegal content through the forms, or use the site to break the law. Never use games during an exam: exam mode hides them, and following your exam’s rules is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Installing games on your calculator
Games are installed into the calculator’s app area only; the installer does not touch your Python scripts or settings. Still, you install at your own risk: the calculator can remove installed apps after a reset or in exam mode, a game may not work on every model or software version (each game shows how it was tested), and an install interrupted by unplugging the cable may need to be repeated.
5. The games and their licenses
Most games are made by other people and published under open-source licenses (GPL-3.0 or the Unlicense); each game page credits its authors, and their source code stays available. Game names and characters belong to their owners; fan versions are not endorsed by them. NumWorks is a trademark of NumWorks SAS.
6. Availability
Num Games is free and provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or fast, and we offer no uptime commitment (no SLA). We may change, pause or stop the service, and will try to announce it in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost data on your calculator, lost time or missed opportunities), and our total liability to you for anything related to Num Games is limited to €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
8. Ending
You can stop using Num Games and delete your account at any time. We can close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why when possible.
9. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the version date and ask you to accept them again before you download again.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, write to us first at [TO FILL: contact email, e.g. privacy@mynumgames.com]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory rules and can go to the courts of where you live.
